Our team carried out the necessary trouble shooting in electrical generator systems switch gears and emergency and PLC’s, our team completed his task and handing over the ship to the first engineer within 10 days after ship was stopped for years.
PAT worked together with the GIZA/Emerson team on the SHOAIBA POWER PLANT STAGE I, PHASE 1 DCS Re-Habitation project “ABB to EMERSON Ovation” from January 2021 to 2022. The project involved various activities, including IO loop checks, device tests, and commissioning of boiler, turbine, BOP, desalination, and demi water, as well as troubleshooting of the DCS Ovation system with the Emerson team.
The PAT team provided comprehensive support throughout the project, and the project construction schedule was very tight to return the power plant into commercial operation. The project involved multiple technical aspects, and collaboration between different teams with varied expertise was required to ensure successful completion.
PAT worked together with SF/Emerson team on a project in collaboration with KBR design company. The project involved various activities, including engineering document review, verification of cabinet/marshaling staging before FAT, supervision of construction activities, commissioning of hot/cold tests for each PIB shutdown, and troubleshooting of the Delta V system with Emerson team.
